FLOOR SPECIALIST: Part - Time Positions Available

We are looking for a friendly and energetic Floor Specialist to maintain the cleanliness and organization of our playground and interactive town while ensuring a positive experience for our guests. This role involves sanitizing play areas between time slots, assisting with check-ins, and providing excellent customer service to parents and children.

Responsibilities:

• Greet and check in parents & children upon arrival.

• Ensure all play areas & equipment are clean & sanitized between booked sessions.

• Monitor the play area for safety and tidiness throughout the day.

• Assist in maintaining an organized & welcoming environment.

• Answer guest questions & provide information about our play areas, classes, & events.

• Restock & organize toys, props, and interactive town elements.

• Assist in light cafe duties if needed (e.g., tidying up seating areas, helping with simple customer requests).

• Follow all health & safety guidelines to maintain a clean & safe play space.

Qualifications:

• Passion for working with/around children & families.

• Strong attention to detail & cleanliness.

• Friendly, energetic, & able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

• Ability to work well in a team & independently.

• Previous experience in customer service, childcare, or hospitality is a plus.

• Ability to lift up to 25 lbs & be on your feet for extended periods.

BARISTA: Part - Time Positions

We are looking for a friendly and skilled Barista to prepare and serve high-quality coffee, espresso drinks, and light snacks while providing exceptional customer service. As a Barista at Ity Bity’s Playhouse, you’ll be part of a fun, family-friendly environment where both speed and quality matter.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare and serve espresso drinks, coffee, tea, & other beverages to customers.

• Take customer orders & handle transactions at the register.

• Maintain cleanliness & organization of the coffee bar.

• Restock supplies & ensure the espresso bar is fully stocked throughout shifts.

• Provide friendly, efficient, & engaging customer service to parents & caregivers.

• Assist with basic food prep & snack service as needed.

• Work efficiently during busy hours, balancing speed & quality.

• Follow health & safety guidelines to ensure a clean & safe environment.

• Support the overall team, occasionally assisting in other areas of the play cafe if needed.

Qualifications:

• Previous barista or coffee shop experience preferred but not required—training available!

• Passion for coffee & providing excellent customer service.

• Ability to multitask & work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

• Friendly, approachable, & great at engaging with customers.

• Strong attention to cleanliness & organization.

• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
